I love cookies. They are good, tasty, exquisite and sweet. This recipe is maybe one of my top 10 favorites. It is hard to choose your favorites, because one cookie is very different from another.
Besides, the most important thing is that a nut can do all the difference that an almond does. Cookies are one of the basics recipe for a good cook, and they become a tough deal for the experienced confectioner.

Cookies are made best when in great quantities. That is because the sum of energy you invest to make them is so great that it requires you to have some rest afterwards.
When you got the basic idea of how to cook a cookie, then you can start experimenting, and that is the real cause of what I was writing before. You want to be sure that you have enough base paste to get all the variations you desire: chocolate drops, different mix, American flour, plant extract and so on. You will starve for experimentation.
